Processing time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (working days) before they are dispatched. This isn't included in the delivery estimate at checkout. During sales and busy periods, processing can take longer, so we encourage urgent orders to be placed in advance.

Processing of pieces marked "Pre-order" starts on the date in the product description, and varies between pieces.

Dispatch notice and late orders
If you haven't received a dispatch or delivery notice within the processing time, please contact us at hello@aprilwindcouture.com or call +234 901 122 3841, with your order number.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow two more business days before contacting us: couriers sometimes take a little longer. Once a package is dispatched, the delivery service is responsible for delivering it. Refunds are not issued for lost packages, but your pieces will be sent again if a package can't be traced.

Customs and duties
Almost all shipments outside Nigeria are subject to duties and taxes set by the importing country. AprilWind Couture has no control over these charges, and they are the customer's responsibility.

You can collect your order from our studio by appointment: Palace Street, Oxley Estate, Eko Akete Bus Stop, beside ABBA's Heart School, Abijo, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos. Please contact us to book.
