Ordering and payment
How do I pay?
Pay by debit or credit card through Paystack. Its secure payment window opens at checkout, so your card details go to Paystack, not to us.
Which currency are your prices in?
Our prices are in Nigerian naira (₦). If you pay with a card from outside Nigeria, your bank converts the amount.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account at checkout to see your orders and keep your wishlist on any device.
Delivery
Do you deliver across Nigeria?
Yes. The delivery cost depends on your state, from ₦6,000 within Lagos, and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside Nigeria?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery is priced by the number of pieces in your order, and the cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How will I know my order is on its way?
We email you when you place your order, and again when we send it. With an account, you can also follow each order under My account → Orders.
Sizes
Which sizes do you make?
Our pieces come in US sizes 6 to 20. Each product page shows the sizes available now; a sold-out size can't be chosen.
I'm not sure which size to choose.
Message us on WhatsApp before you order and we'll help you choose. The number is on our Contact page.
Wishlist and account
How does the wishlist work?
Tap the heart on any piece to save it. When you're signed in, your wishlist stays in your account; as a guest, it's kept on this device for 30 days.
I forgot my password.
Choose "Lost your password?" on the My account page, and we'll email you a link to set a new one.

How can I reach you?
Message us on WhatsApp, call or email; we aim to respond within 24 hours. All the details are on our Contact page.
Can I visit your studio?
Yes, by appointment. Our studio is in Abijo, on the Lekki-Epe Expressway in Lagos, and is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Contact us to arrange a visit: the address and a map are on our Contact page.
